Walt Brown discusses his involvement in radar at JPL beginning in the nineteen sixties. He describes synthetic aperture radar and its uses. He also discusses the various projects throughout the following decades, radar technology, and the various contributions JPL?s work made to other fields of sciences, how JPL infrastructure has changed and how he sees it developing.
